Rubber magnet
Product Introduction:
Rubber magnet materials exhibit high plasticity, resulting in excellent flexibility and the ability to produce components of complex shapes with thin walls. They offer superior consistency and high dimensional accuracy, along with excellent resistance to impact and vibration, making them highly durable. With a low density, these magnets contribute to the lightweight design of devices and entire systems. They can be manufactured with fully radial (fully isotropic) magnetic orientation and are readily laminated with PVC, PP synthetic paper, double-sided adhesive, and other substrates, enabling the creation of a wide variety of finished products.
Product Features:
| The finished product is produced by extrusion or rolling. | Due to the material’s high plasticity, finished or semi-finished products can be freely cut with a knife, punched, slit lengthwise, and laminated with other materials. |
| It is resistant to demagnetization, offers excellent corrosion resistance, is inexpensive, and is abundant in resources. | Cost/performance ratio |
